As
Assistant Manager
, you'll work closely with the Store Manager and play a key role in running day-to-day operations on the shop floor. You'll support a team of 4-6 Customer Assistants daily, ensuring the store looks fantastic, the team is engaged, and our customers receive a consistently excellent experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support and lead the shop floor team each day
Maintain exceptional standards of customer service
Assist with visual merchandising and in-store displays
Oversee operational and administrative tasks as needed
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
Step up in the Store Manager's absence
Who We're Looking For
Previous retail or team leadership experience, although we are willing to train the right candidate
Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers and staff alike
Organised and efficient with a proactive attitude
Creative and passionate about products and presentation
