Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager or Supervisor ready for the next step in their career, to join our retail team, supporting our Retail Manager in the overall running of the sales floor.

Ludlow Farmshop is an award-winning retail business, producing a number of our own items as well as featuring a wide range of high quality, artisan products from other independent producers.

Our Assistant Retail Manager will be responsible for leading their team, ensuring excellent standards of customer service are delivered in all aspects of the customer journey. They will delegate tasks to the team to ensure plentiful stock supply, accurate date rotation and the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times. They will help to provide training to the team where necessary to help achieve these standards. They will also help to plan the shop floor layout, merchandising interesting and seasonal displays to drive sales.

This is a full time position of 39 hours across 5 days per week. As we are a destination, weekends are our busiest days. It is essential that applicants are available to work weekends.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to 27,500.00 per year
