Assistant Sales & Events Manager (Weddings & Events)

Hours:

40 hours over 5 days (including some weekends and some evenings)

Based:

across all locations of T&CC (no 'fixed' base/location)

Salary:

13.00 per hour

Annual Leave:

28 days pro rata

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Events Extraordinaire- We're seeking a passionate team member who is equally passionate about our offering and engages customers to trust us to host their special wedding & events. We have a new unique offering for large weddings & events, and extraordinary facilities to suit many customer & corporate gatherings. Your role would be to engage with our wedding couples and be proud to showcase our offerings.

Guest Experience Guru: Continue to find ways to elevate the service and packages we offer our guests so they will always remember how we made them feel and the memories of staying with us. Listen and anticipate their needs where possible by adding little touches they didn't expect.

Help us deliver and grow our business: Help drive our growth by bringing in weddings & events that work for our facilities and our customers, finding ways to add to their experiences by up selling our offerings.

Requirements:



Experience

: Previous Sales & Events experience would be great, or even if you are studying sales & event management in university, we'd love to meet you

Passionate Personality

: Perfect for creating positive guest experiences and cherished memories.

Team Catalyst

: The ability to collaborate with the wider team, to ensure the runs smoothly.

Communication Champion

: The ability to communicate well with our guests and listen if we get something wrong and help fix the issue and re-establish the customer experience to be a good one.

: Bring in new and existing customer and corporate events to maximise our facilities
