As Assistant Sales Manager at JCT600 Approved South Leeds, you'll help to lead, motivate and develop our high-performing team, ensuring we deliver exceptional results and an unforgettable customer experience.



Your day-to-day will include:

Supporting the Brand Manager in the day-to-day running of the Sales department. Leading, motivating, and developing the Sales team to deliver excellence in performance and behaviour. Driving sales and profitability across new and used cars, finance, and insurance products. Ensuring an exceptional customer and colleague journey that reflects JCT600's values.

Experience leading or supporting successful sales teams. A strong customer-first attitude and pride in creating great experiences. The energy and enthusiasm to help introduce a new global brand to the UK. Great attention to detail and a commitment to high standards. A positive, team-focused approach that supports our best colleague experience culture. A full UK driving licence with no excessive penalties.
