Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive

Due to the expansion of our sales team we are looking for a Assistant Manager / Senior Sales Executive. You will be highly ambitious with integrity supporting the General Sales Manager to drive sales as well as the team to deliver exceptional customer experience and follow company policies and procedures. You will act as a role model to your team, allowing them to fulfil their potential too. This is part sales and part management offering the perfect opportunity to develop your career further.

Overview of the Roles

Drive your own sales as well as support the sales activities of the team Promote products to customers, with weekly monitoring of penetration rates Assist in the development of sales strategies to increase sales revenue, customer retention, and overall business performance Ensure full compliance with regulatory and sales processes, prioritising fair treatment of all customers Collaborate with Sales Executives to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence Maintain organised administration and uphold housekeeping standards for a professional work environment
A minimum of two years selling within the motor trade plus knowledge of FCA compliance and regulation is necessary as well as a full UK driving licence.
