In our Scheme Assistant role, you'll assist with the management of our scheme in Bourne, The Croft, which is an older person's housing scheme containing 75 properties, ensuring they provide a well-managed, secure environment for residents.

Salary:

Up to 6552 per year (based on a 100% FTE of 22,932)

This is what your day will look like as our Scheme Assistant:

Manage the scheme in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that a safe, secure, well-kept and pleasant environment is maintained. Oversee the welfare of our residents that will enable them to live independently, whilst also providing a calm and attentive response in the event of an emergency. Take on the management of service delivery, with particular attention to housing management and maintenance issues. Engaging residents and developing a tight knit community spirit through the facilitation of regular social events and activities. Promote good communication between residents and their families, Amplius and our approved service providers.

Your toolkit for success




To thrive in our Scheme Assistant role, you'll need:

Ability to deal professionally with all situations. Excellent customer care skills. Ability to work alone using own initiative. Ability to communicate clearly when speaking and writing including maintaining clear and accurate records.

Please note that having a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role to visit our customers.
