We are seeking a dedicated Assistant to support children with special educational needs. The successful candidate will work closely with children, providing personalised care and educational support in a nurturing environment. Duties
Support children in their daily activities and learning programmes
Assist in implementing personalised teaching strategies tailored to individual needs
Provide care for toddlers and young children, ensuring their safety and well-being
Facilitate communication and social interaction through engaging activities

Promote a positive, inclusive environment that encourages learning and development
Support behavioural management strategies as directed by supervising staff
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and behaviour
Requirements
Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs or disabilities
Ability to teach and communicate effectively with children of various ages, including toddlers
Understanding of special education principles and inclusive practices
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, children, and families
Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to child care and support tasks
Relevant qualifications or training in special education, childcare, or related fields are desirable but not essential
