Salary: 32,788 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM 2:00 PM (40 hours/week, 1-hour unpaid lunch)

Now, were looking for a reliable and customer-focused Assistant Senior Driver to join our London team and help keep the wheels turning.

What Youll Be Doing:


Youll be the face of Berkmann on the road delivering premium wines to top-tier venues across London while maintaining the high standards were known for. As Assistant Senior Driver, youll also step into senior responsibilities when needed, supporting the wider delivery team.


Your day-to-day will include:


Completing multi-drop deliveries across Greater London
Providing exceptional customer service
Handling and lifting wine cases (average 15kg)
Ensuring all paperwork and checks are completed accurately and efficiently
Assisting with driver performance management
Supporting and liaising with operational management


What Were Looking For:


Strong knowledge of London roads and traffic patterns
Solution driven
Ability to resolve conflicts
Proven multi-drop delivery experience
Excellent timekeeping and communication skills
The ability to think quickly, act decisively, and deliver with accuracy
Understanding of Health & Safety in delivery operations
A full, valid UK drivers license (max 6 points)
7.5T or Class 2 license
Physically fit and able to handle 15kg cases
Driver management experience desirable
