Job Description

Isabel Hospice is currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Shop Manager to join our team in Bishops Stortford. This role is a 3 month contract working on Fridays and Saturdays.


As a key member of our retail department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the shop manager in driving sales, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the shop manager in day-to-day operations of the store Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Manage and maintain proper inventory levels Supervise and train staff and volunteers Assist in creating attractive product displays Handle financial transactions accurately Contribute to achieving sales targets

Skills & Experience:

Previous retail experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Passion for customer service
