Job title: Assistant Shop Manager, Spring Bank West

Salary: 23,810 full time equivalent. Actual salary of 9,524 per annum.
Hours of work: 15 hours per week to be worked 2 out of 7 days on a rota basis, Monday to Sunday (this will include Bank Holidays). Daily hours are Monday to Saturday 8:45am-5:15pm with 1 hour unpaid break. (9:45am - 4:15pm if working a Sunday)
Are you able to assist the Shop Manager in the running of an efficient and effective retail outlet?
In the absence of the Shop Manager are you able to be the main keyholder for the shop?
Are you a professional retailer who wants a career in sustainable, environmentally friendly products?
Can you Be responsible for sorting, categorising and pricing all donated goods, as defined in Hospice Policy, through the Shop Manager, to include working in the warehouse and distribution centre as and when required?
Could you supervise a team of volunteers and make commercial decisions while assisting in all areas of running a commercial business?
