Springhallow is a vibrant and unique school in which to work - an all age (4-19) special school for pupils, across two sites, with Autism and Asperger's Syndrome. We are proud of all that our pupils achieve and particularly of the positive atmosphere that exists in our school.
The Governors are seeking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager who will support the Site Manager and work independently to ensure the safe running of the school and will have the flexibility to work across both sites if required - we have a second site for our P16 provision in Greenford. You will also be able to work effectively with all of the school community including pupils, staff and governors.
We are looking for someone who:
Working together with the Site Manager, is able to identify and implement safe working practices and ensure the site is safe for all users
Is able to undertake repair and maintenance tasks as required
Will take pride in their work and ensure high standards
Is able to take responsibility for site security.
We can offer:
A positive, supportive and hard-working environment where everyone is valued
Staff induction and continuing professional development opportunities
A warm and welcoming school with enthusiastic pupils and supportive parents and governors.
The school is committed to providing equal opportunities for all.
Chair of Governors: Ahmed Alsamarrai
Headteacher: Matthew Sartin
