Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager/Assistant Site Manager to oversee our ongoing retirement village development in Burnham-on-Crouch. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring work is progressing as planned and managing any deviations.- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all aspects of the project align with the architectural designs and specifications.- Maintain rigorous quality control measures and safety compliance on-site at all times.- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and senior management, to provide regular updates on project progress.- Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Requirements:- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in construction, with a strong track record in managing large-scale projects.- Excellent leadership and communication skills.- Detailed knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and legal guidelines.- Must be SMSTS Qualified- Health and Safety qualified- Black CSCS card required Why Join Silverdene Construction?
