We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Assistant Spa Manager to support the business in overseeing the recently renovated and refurbished luxury Spa facilities.
Duties will include:
Ideally you will have industry experience in a similar setting, able to work as part of a team have a strong work ethic, along with excellent communication interpersonal skills. Induction training will be given, along with the opportunity to attend Elemis training courses.
You will assist the manager in ensuring our 8 rooms operate to fullest capacity at the highest standard. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, along with strong sales management and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
You will implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through retail sales and treatments. You will also support in delivering training, adhering to Health Safety policies and meeting agreed targets.
You will be able to lead by example and carry out treatments when required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in a position of responsibility within the Spa industry.
Level 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy
Previous experience in ELEMIS products and treatments is highly desirable, however not essential as training will be provided.
