Key Responsibilities

Support the daily management and smooth running of The Bvlgari Spa. Lead by example to inspire, develop, and coach the team to deliver personalized, memorable experiences. Ensure impeccable service standards and a consistently luxurious guest journey. Drive performance through innovative treatments, exceptional client care, and an understanding of wellness trends. Assist in financial performance monitoring, inventory control, and team scheduling. Uphold brand values and ensure the Spa reflects the artistry and excellence of Bvlgari.
