World Fuel Services is expanding its London-based operations team and we're looking for a driven, safety-focused Assistant Station Manager to help lead our on-airport fuelling operations.

What You'll Be Doing:Oversee the safe handling, storage, and into-plane refuelling of aviation fuel products.
Support the Station Manager with daily resource planning and operational oversight.
Lead and motivate a team of refuellers to deliver exceptional service and safety standards.
Ensure full compliance with SSHE (Safety, Security, Health & Environment) protocols.
Conduct daily stock reconciliations and assist with month-end reporting.
Deliver Toolbox Talks and support internal/external audits.
Act as the operational point of contact in the Station Manager's absence.
Monitor performance metrics, incidents, and inspection schedules.
What We're Looking For:LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence with 3+ years' experience in aviation refuelling.
Proven experience in fuel handling, storage, and hydrant refuelling systems.
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing teams.
Excellent understanding of health & safety in a fuels-based environment.
Confident communicator with solid organisational and reporting skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience working within a multinational company environment is a plus.
