What you'll do

You will be managing a team of 4 branch planners who are responsible for the stock across all of our 50+ branches. You will build strong relationships with Branch Managers, Regional Operations Manager and Sales colleagues, ensuring the planners are working to stock availability targets and budgets. Making sure we have the right stock in the right place for our customers.

Is this you

Supervise team members in duties and performance, providing feedback where necessary and reporting team strengths and weaknesses to management Confident in overseeing and driving optimum availability whilst working within stock budgets for our branches: Utilising the replenishment systems, maintaining forecasts and safety stock / trigger levels and ensuring all orders are placed accurately and timely manner. You will ensure colleagues are adequately trained, motivated and developed to realise their full potential. Planning and implementing strategic initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, or other performance metrics The ability to influence, network and build relationships is essential to your success within this role.
