Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Store Leader to help drive our store's success. In this role, you will ensure our customers receive exceptional service and expert advice on their mobile phone needs. You will also play a key role in coaching and developing the team, supporting the Store Manager with daily operations, and building strong customer relationships to ensure a positive experience and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver top-tier customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and nurture customer relationships to promote brand loyalty.
Provide informed advice on mobile phone products and services.
Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and compliance.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Stay updated on the latest mobile phone products and industry trends.
Offer technical support and guidance to customers.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in customer service or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in coaching, mentoring, or developing others is highly desirable.
Familiarity with mobile phone products and services is a plus but not required.
A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and surpass sales targets.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Salary & Benefits:
Competitive salary of 27,000 - 28,500 per year, with an OTE of 36,000 - 40,000 based on a 40-hour workweek.
