Assistant Store Manager - Beauty (Full-Time)

We are looking for a

to support the day-to-day running of our Beauty Edit store. This is a fantastic opportunity for a

Key Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations. Lead by example to

deliver exceptional customer experiences

at every touchpoint. Actively drive sales by

upselling products, treatments, and packages

with confidence. Motivate, coach, and develop the team to achieve both individual and store targets. Oversee stock control, merchandising, and visual presentation to maintain brand standards. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including administration, scheduling, and reporting. Foster a

positive, high-performance culture

built on teamwork and accountability. Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and care. Uphold company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in

retail management, supervision, or a leadership role

.

Strong sales focus

with proven ability to hit and exceed targets. Excellent communication and people management skills. A genuine passion for the

beauty industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 29,000.00-30,000.00 per year
