What you'll do...

o Lead, engage, coach and develop your team of tech-whizzes and people pros

o Empower your team to reach their ambitious targets

o Create an environment where every customer feels at ease

o Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store

o Manage the shop floor and supervising sales

o Manage staff productivity

o Manage sales conversion

You'll definitely...

o Have previous experience of coaching and building capability in a team

o Have the ability to lead teams to strong commercial and customer results

o Have previous experience of managing a store in your Store Manager's absence

o Have experience of driving customer service in a sales and service environment

o Be self-motivated and proactive

o Have a proven track record of personal sales
