This role is ideal for someone who will proudly represent our flagship store and act as a key ambassador for our growing brand. You will deliver outstanding customer service, demonstrate strong product knowledge, and engage confidently with a diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, articulate, and naturally aligned with a premium/luxury retail environment, whether through personal interest or professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers as they enter the store, creating a warm and memorable first impression.
Guide customers through purchasing decisions using strong product knowledge (sizes, fits, styles, and materials).
Maintain a deep understanding of the brand, its products, and its values.
Educate customers on products, promotions, and the brand's unique selling points.
Provide a personalised and attentive shopping experience tailored to individual customer needs.
Handle customer queries or issues calmly, professionally, and efficiently.
Ensure the shop floor is clean, well-organised, and visually appealing at all times.
Assist with stock organisation, sorting, and labelling.
Steam and prepare garments to ensure they are presented to the highest standard on the shop floor.
Assist with maintenance and day-to-day operations for the front & back end of the store.
Experience & Skills
Previous experience in luxury or up-market retail or customer service is advantageous, but not essential.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Comfortable working independently during quieter trading periods.
Strong understanding of sales etiquette and product presentation.
A genuine interest in fashion, design, or the arts is highly desirable.
