Salons and therefore you will be given full exposure to both the Gaming and Tanning income streams for the venue.

What You'll Do:

Support the Venue Manager in driving team performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Lead and inspire a team to achieve targets and operational goals. Ensure the venue operates efficiently and meets compliance standards. Build strong relationships with customers, enhancing their gaming experience.

What We're Looking For:

Proven leadership experience, ideally in a customer facing environment. Excellent communication and people management skills. Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends. A passion for delivering outstanding service and achieving results.
