What you'll do:

Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction Support with merchandising, stock management, and store presentation Build strong relationships with retail and trade customers Ensure Health & Safety standards are followed at all times Bring creativity, positivity, and energy to everything you do

Who you are:

Experienced in retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Passionate about sales, people development, and customer service Approachable, positive, and able to inspire colleagues and customers Commercially aware and confident in making decisions Flexible, reliable, and happy to work weekends and bank holidays Physically fit for manual tasks and lifting up to 25kg
