Located at Pytchley golf Lodge, will use advanced technology from Trackman 4 and Science and Motion for unparalleled club and putter fittings. Our goal is to help golfers enjoy the game to the fullest and improve their skills.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for as Assistant Store Manager at AFGolf Store Kettering. You will help oversee daily operations for the retail store on site, manage staff, coordinate events and promotions, maintain inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service. There is a competitive salary + commission in this role.

Qualifications

Experience in Retail Management at high level stores, with a passion and knowledge of golf

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Knowledge of golf equipment, brands, and industry trends

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment stock and budgeting experience

Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset.

Club Fitting knowledge and experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,000.00-32,000.00 per year
