Salary:

29,162 Inclusive of London Weighting Allowance per annum + attractive bonus scheme

Hours:

40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (flexible shifts)

Assistant Manager

at our Wood Greenvenue. We're looking for a passionate, high energy, customer-focused leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

Support the Venue Manager in driving team performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Lead and inspire a team to achieve sales and operational goals. Ensure the venue operates efficiently and meets compliance standards. Build strong relationships with customers, enhancing their gaming experience.

What We're Looking For:

Proven leadership experience, ideally in retail, hospitality, or gaming. Excellent communication and people management skills. Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends. A passion for delivering outstanding service and achieving results. The ability to speak additional languages such as Romanian, Spanish or Italian would be advantageous.
