With its flagship boutique nestled on the elegant Chiltern Street in Marylebone, Bella Freud embodies individuality, creativity, and luxury.We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Chiltern Street boutique. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, who thrives in a high-end retail environment, and who can support the team in delivering exceptional customer service while meeting commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience: Ensure an elevated and personalized customer experience in line with Bella Freud's brand values.o Team Leadership: Support the Store Manager in coaching and motivating a small, dedicated retail team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards.
Sales & KPI Management: Monitor and drive store performance through key sales indicators, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
.o Visual Merchandising: Maintain visual standards across the boutique and collaborate on in-store displays to reflect seasonal campaigns and product launches.
Operations: Assist with stock management, deliveries, and store maintenance, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company policies
.o Reporting: Support in generating daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and communicating insights to the Store Manager.o Clienteling: Foster strong customer relationships through clientelingand follow-up communication with VIP clients.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally in fashion or lifestyle brands.o Prior experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.o Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse sales data and drive performance.o Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team.o High attention to detail and a keen eye for style and presentation.o Proficient in retail systems and POS technology; experience with clienteling tools is a plus.o Flexible, reliable, and able to work weekends and holidays as required.
