Assistant Store Manager (kiosk) - Birmingham ( Bullring)

We're expanding fast and looking for a motivated, people-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our Westfield Team!.

This is a 1-year maternity cover with the potential to extend into a permanent role for the right candidate. It's a great opportunity to step into a leadership position at a growing international brand.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead daily operations Motivate and train the team to deliver great service and a strong in-store vibe Oversee operational essentials: stock, compliance, payroll, team schedules Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food quality, and team energy Help hit store performance targets and build customer loyalty Assist with hiring, onboarding, and developing new team members

What We're Looking For:

Previous StoreManager (or similar) experience in hospitality or retail A hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments Great with people: team-focused and customer-driven Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Available full-time, including weekends
