Assistant Manager - Brand New Venue, Tooting | UK's Leading Adult Gaming Company

Salary: 29,162 | 40 hrs per week | 5 days across 7

A fantastic opportunity to join the UK's leading Adult Gaming company as

Assistant Manager

in our brand-new Tooting venue. You'll play a key role in getting the venue up and running, supporting the Store Manager in building a strong team, shaping the customer experience, and driving the success of this exciting new launch.

We're looking for a driven, energetic individual with experience in customer-facing environments and a background in

supervisory or team leader roles

. You'll be confident, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. To succeed in this role, you must live locally to the Tooting area.

What you'll do:

Support the Store Manager in launching and growing the new venue Lead, motivate, and develop the team Deliver a world-class customer experience Ensure the venue remains safe, welcoming, and well-presented Contribute to achieving commercial targets and venue performance

What we're looking for:

Experience in a supervisory or team leader role Strong customer service background High levels of drive, energy, and motivation Full flexibility across 7 days Local to Tooting, London
