Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join our London Flagship PAIGE store, located in Duke of York Square.



This is a developmental management role designed to support the Store Manager in the daily operations and overall running of the store. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a successful, efficient, and profitable retail environment that aligns with PAIGE's business objectives.



This is a Full Time, Permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with availability over both weekdays & weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations Coordinate team activities to ensure seamless customer service and store performance Master all associate-level and key-holder responsibilities including: Sales floor execution Clienteling and customer relationship management Inventory control and stock management Visual merchandising and brand presentation Ensuring all store opening & closing requirements are met accurately each day. Lead by example through strong interpersonal and communication skills Apply sound business acumen and independent judgement in daily decision-making Foster a positive, high-performance team culture that reflects PAIGE values Supporting with team training, delegating of tasks and ensuring the smooth daily running of the store.

What We're Looking For:

Proven retail experience, ideally in a premium or luxury fashion environment Previous Managerial experience in a retail environment A confident leader with the ability to motivate and guide a team Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service Flexibility, resourcefulness, and a hands-on approach to retail management
