Store Manager (full-time)

for our new store in

London (Broadway Market)

. The doors open in Febuary, and you can be there from day one.

What our Assistant Store Managers do:

Be the right hand

- Work side-by-side with the Store Manager to create a motivated, high-performing team and a welcoming store environment.

Keep Things Running Smoothly

- Oversee daily operations to ensure everything is working like clockwork.

Monitor performance

- Help track KPIs and support the Store Manager in reaching sales and service targets.

Deliver standout service

- Guide customers through every step of the eye test journey with care and expertise.

Apply your optical skills

- Help customers choose the right frames and lenses, and carry out precise adjustments and lens cutting.

Good to know:

No background in optics? That's okay! What matters most is your ability to support, communicate, and deliver top-notch service.

No uniform:

Wear whatever makes you feel good, no company dress code here.
