Assistant Store Manager

to support in leading the team.

About the Role

As

Assistant Store Manager

, you'll support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store -- bringing energy, consistency, and care to every part of the customer journey. You'll help lead a high-performing team, maintain a beautiful store environment, and ensure that customers always receive exceptional service.

This is a hands-on role for someone who's passionate about jewellery, takes pride in presentation, and enjoys supporting others to do their best work.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership Coaching and motivating the team to deliver excellent service Creating an organised, welcoming and inspiring store environment Taking the lead on floor activity, setting the tone and pace Engaging customers with genuine enthusiasm and great product knowledge Supporting store visuals and promotional changeovers Assisting with stock management and online order fulfilment Driving performance through KPIs, upselling, and strong customer engagement

What You'll Bring

Previous retail experience in a supervisory or leadership role - fashion/jewellery experience preferred. Strong customer service mindset and a love for jewellery Confidence supporting others and giving feedback Calm, solutions-focused attitude under pressure Organised, tidy and hands-on approach to retail operations Commercial awareness and attention to detail

Pay: 27,000.00-28,500.00 per year
