Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will utilise your strong communication and analytical skills to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Experience with Salesforce and knowledge of the financial services sector will be advantageous.

Position for either Dartford or Orpington Branch

Responsibilities



Have previous experience managing a sales team and managing a shop floor Be able to drive KPI's on correct behaviours on the shop floor Be the top sales person in the store Be able to run the store when the manager isn't in Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of service at all times. Analyse customer feedback and issues to identify trends and recommend improvements to processes or services. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries and provide timely solutions. Educate customers about our products and services, helping them make informed decisions. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and offerings to provide accurate information. Assist in training new team members as needed, sharing best practices for effective customer service.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within sales Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail for problem-solving. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
