What We're Looking For

Currently working as an

Assistant Manager

Store Manager

Team Leader

in a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting? Results-driven with a focus on high standards and outstanding customer service? Detail-oriented and quick to master operational procedures, with strong communication skills? Flexible and able to travel to other stores within a

45-minute radius

of your home? Proactive and solution-focused, able to prioritise, delegate, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve ambitious goals?
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

: Coach, develop, and lead your team to deliver strong performance and excellent customer experiences.

Deputising

: Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.

Operational Excellence

: Oversee day-to-day tasks including stock management, service delivery, and visual standards.

Sales Growth

: Drive store performance by executing strategic plans and capitalising on commercial opportunities.

Target Achievement

: Motivate your team to exceed KPIs and performance goals consistently.

Stock Ordering

: Manage daily ordering processes to ensure optimal stock levels and availability.
