The Role: Assistant Manager

As Assistant Manager, you'll work hand-in-hand with the Store Manager to drive sales, motivate the team, and ensure the store reflects the bold, exciting Blue Banana brand. If you've got leadership experience, a passion for alternative fashion, and a desire to grow your career, this is your chance to shine!

What You'll Bring:

A proven track record in retail, ideally in a supervisory or management role. Fantastic customer service skills and a commitment to delivering excellence. Target-driven sales experience with a results-focused attitude. Leadership qualities to inspire and support your team.

Your Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in driving sales, minimising losses, and exceeding store goals. Help lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming store environment. Take ownership of key operational tasks, from managing inventory to analyzing sales data. Contribute to action plans that drive business growth and team performance. Act as a role model for staff, embodying the values of Blue Banana in everything you do.
