What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a retail Store or similar customer-facing environment, ideally in the interiors or DIY.
A highly organised individual with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally.
Demonstrate an ability to manage, mentor and develop a team, with a track record of fostering collaboration and productivity.
Experience in overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining visual standards and implementing Company policies and procedures.
Proven ability to identify, engage, and convert new retail and trade customers, including investigating potential opportunities, building relationships and successfully guiding them through to order placement.
Experience nurturing and developing trade relationships within the tiling, building or other related industry.
