Sofab Sports is looking for a Assistant Store Manager & TikTok Live Presenter to support the Store Manager in the daily running of the store. But also someone who is outgoing and confident on camera to host our TikTok live stream from our store!

This is an exciting opportunity to be responsible for the expansion of our ever growing Sofab Sports TikTok. You don't need previous presenting experience--just confidence, energy, and a passion for products people love! You will be working closely with our in store team of experts, who will support you and plan each stream.

Sofab Sports CIC is a social enterprise founded in 2014, for the past 11 years we have specialized in selling a wide variety of sports products from Premier League football and F1, to NBA merchandise and golf attire.

An integral goal of ours is to provide training and employment opportunities for individuals overcoming various hardships in their lives. At Sofab Sports, more than 60% of our workforce have a physical or mental disability, have previously been homeless or are reforming and reintegrating back into mainstream society.

About you:

Experience in a fast paced retail environment - but this isn't essential.

Passionate about nurturing our team's potential, whatever their background, offering opportunities for growth and development.

Continue Sofab Sports high standard of customer service.

Achieving targets and maximising every sale for the whole team either in store or on a live stream.

Working with our warehouse team to manage stock levels on a weekly basis.

Upholding Sofab Sports core values.

Cover the Store Manager when out.

Interest in UK and USA sports - but this isn't essential.

Great at public speaking and engaging with an audience.

Have a fun personality with shines on camera.

Creative and adaptive.

Social media, TV or YouTube channel hosting - but this isn't essential.
