Job Description
Yards Store is a premium menswear independent store based in the heart of Sheffield City Centre.
We retail clothing, accessories and footwear from brands such as Gramicci, RRL by Ralph Lauren, ST95, Carhartt, Sunspel, Red Wing, New Balance, Paraboot, Filson and many more. We also have a thriving online business and our head office is based in Cheshire.
We are looking for a full time Assistant Manager to join the team. All candidates must have a genuine passion for men's premium branded fashion and a background in retail sales. You will have some Supervisory or Management experience.
The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager, helping to deliver the highest quality customer service and staff training, acquiring a full understanding of the products, following the merchandising standards and undertaking any other reasonable task required by the Store Manager. Excellent communication and sales skills required.
This is a full time position based on 40 hours per week. You must be flexible and available to work weekends.

Pay: 26,000.00 per year
