We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our established team. Reporting to our Supported Living Lead our Assistant Supported Living Officer provide administrative and functional support to the Supported Living Team, updating and managing corporate registers, managing internal database systems to ensure up to date and accurate recording of information and liaising with managing agents / supported providers to ensure compliance.


In addition, we are looking for candidates that have a passion to advocate on behalf of people and communities.

What do our Assistant Supported Living Officer do;



Carry out administration of all aspects of Supported Living including Compliance monitoring, Income management, Anti-Social Behaviour and Lettings. Support the Supporting Team Leader, Supported Living Officers and Supported Living Manger in the delivery of the Group's policies and procedures and ensuring Key Performance indicators are met. Support the team in liaising with external agencies such as Social Services, Support Agencies and Police as necessary. Support the team to build and promote strong and effective interdepartmental working to provide excellent customer service. Ensure all Supported Living databases and partner information is kept up to date and accurate. Income maximisation via invoicing/Hb/UC and arrears management. Providing administration around void management.

What we are looking for;



Good standard of education with minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent at Grade C or above including Maths and English Experience of working in a busy team Strong Administration Skills Good IT skills and experience of working within databases Excellent communication skills Customer focused and a desire to provide services to a high standard.
