York Swimming Academy Ltd. is looking for passionate, enthusiastic and customer focused individuals to train as Learn to Swim Helpers. Successful individuals will be responsible for:

Assisting the Lead Swimming Teacher to teach and coach people of all ages and abilities to develop swimming skills, technique and confidence in the water; Assisting the Lead Swimming Teacher to deliver sessions in a professional manner and undertake administrative tasks associated with the role (i.e. lesson plans, class registers, monitoring and evaluation).

Qualifications & Experience

The successful applicant will be friendly, naturally helpful and enjoy interacting with young children. Introductory training will be provided prior to undertaking Assisting duties and following a successful probationary period, applicants may be eligible for further formal training towards becoming a fully qualified Swimming Teacher.

Hours of Work

Sundays 09:00-11:00am at Stamford Bridge Community Pool (YO41 1BP)
