Following recent investment in additional management capacity across the service, we are now looking for a passionate Assistant Team Manager who can commit to making a difference to our children in Medway.
Reporting to a Team Manager, as an ATM you will lead and manage a small team of social workers and create a supportive and collaborative team environment. ATM's are not case holding. You will deliver high quality supervision and support social workers in the management of cases ensuring that high quality practice is delivered to safeguard and promote the wellbeing of vulnerable children and young people.

Candidates will be offered a competitive basic salary between 45,830 and 51,130 dependant on your experience, and the potential to earn up to 60,130 per year when market premiums and retention are applied.
