We are looking for a dedicated and dependable, qualified social worker to join Southampton's Fostering Service as an Assistant Team Manager

The role, under the direction of the Service Lead and Team Managers, will assist with the delivery of key service strands within Children's Services. The ATM will support the Team Manager with managing statutory and non-statutory social worker functions.
The ATM will provide day to day supervision and management oversight of staff and deputise in the Team Managers absence. The role will support practitioners in the team through reflective, professional supervision, oversee the impact of planning for children and their carers, and contribute to an environment of individual and team learning and development.
