NonStop Care are working with a Good Ofsted local authority in the South East who are looking for an experienced Assistant Team Manager to join their MASH team. The ideal candidate will have experience working within busy MASH or Screening teams, ideally whilst holding management responsibilities.
This position offers flexible hybrid working options, allowing you to maximise your time spent in the comfort of your own home, which will in turn help you to create a fantastic work life balance.
This is a non case-holding position, meaning you will be able to carry out your work without the need for visits or any long term holding of cases, having less pressure on yourself & ultimately increasing your overall work satisfaction.
Responsibilities of this position include;
- Motivating team members.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Deputising for the Team Manager.
- Assisting in the delegation of workloads.
- Undertake supervision of social workers on the team.
- Attractive salary \xe2\x80\x93 starting at \xc2\xa345,590 and scaling based on interview & experience

- Supportive management team
- A degree in Social Work & registered with Social Work England.
- An up to date DBS check
- Experience working in MASH / Screening, ideally with holding management responsibilities.
