As Assistant Technical Coordinator, you'll be part of a collaborative team supporting the delivery of high-quality residential developments. You'll work across the full project lifecycle--helping to manage design packages, coordinate consultants, and make sure our technical information is accurate, buildable, and compliant.


This is an ideal opportunity to grow your experience and gain insight into pre-construction, build, and handover stages. You'll work closely with a range of departments and external specialists, contributing to the quality and coordination of every Hill development.

What you'll do:



Support the preparation and coordination of design packages Help manage technical documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and ERs Work with consultants and internal teams to resolve design queries and track progress Assist with the discharge of planning conditions and utilities coordination Monitor statutory approvals and contribute to project documentation Help manage information in line with Golden Thread requirements Support Sales & Marketing with customer queries and presentation materials Attend site and consultant meetings and support issue resolution Promote high standards of build quality, health & safety and CDM compliance Assist with bonds, deposits and consultant appointments

What we're looking for:



Working towards HNC/HND or Degree in a construction or technical field Awareness of CDM regulations and the Principal Designer role Good communication and time management skills Able to work collaboratively across departments and with external teams Interest in planning, legal, and design approval processes Organised, proactive and enthusiastic about the built environment A commitment to continuous learning and delivering high-quality work
