The Opportunity
We are seeking an
Assistant to the Head of Sieves
to join our specialist manufacturing team. This is a rare opportunity to develop your career within a

Key Responsibilities
You'll work closely with the Head of Sieves to support all aspects of production, stock management, and customer service, including:
Supporting the manufacture of precision test sieves
, learning our specialist processes and quality standards.
Assisting with UKAS-accredited calibration work
, including processing customer calibration and repair jobs.
Maintaining and monitoring stock levels
, managing international pricing across multiple currencies and markets.
Ensuring full compliance
with technical, quality, and regulatory standards across the department.
Communicating directly with customers
, providing exceptional technical support and service.
Working collaboratively
with colleagues in the wider calibration and test equipment teams.
Preparing quotes, processing orders, and providing customer support for sieve sales, ensuring accurate and timely service throughout the sales process.
About You
