What you'll be doing:

Supporting Brokers with new business enquiries Ensuring accurate documentation is provided for each quotation Processing mid-term adjustments and cancellations, ensuring correct premiums Inviting renewals on the best available terms Updating claims records for Property Owners' policies Embodying our company values in everything you do

What we're looking for:

Strong

communication skills

and attention to detail Experience in the

insurance industry

Ideally, experience handling

home or property owners' insurance

Competent

Microsoft Office

skills A proactive and collaborative mindset Knowledge of

insurance products, regulations, and procedures

(or a willingness to learn)
