This is an incredible opportunity to work with a forward thinking specialist lender, providing short terms loans such as development and bridging finance. We are currently looking for an Assistant Underwriter to join our growing team who will be responsible for reviewing applications as well as being a key point of contact for mortgage advisors and applicants.

The right candidate will have a positive 'can-do' attitude who is happy to go the extra mile to complete the task.

Details of the Role:

Ensuring new application are accompanied by the correct supporting information. Gathering data from applicants and or their intermediaries. Analysing an applicant's financial data to determine loan viability and risk. Adhere to the Company's lending policy. Interpret and evaluate external credit reference agency data. Undertake thorough applicant and asset due diligence. Able to manage and coordinate a high volume of applications.
Key Requirements

Must have minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within the lending, legal, insurance or property industries Excellent analytical skills. Ability to plan, organise, prioritise and manage time. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Creative thinker and willing to work in an agile growing company

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
