An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Tradeweb's European Equities Team based in London. Working in a challenging and dynamic environment, the team enjoys the responsibility of maintaining the infrastructure and relationships with over 50 investment banks in Europe.
Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with external(clients & dealers)& internal stakeholders (sales, development, marketing etc.) to produce new and innovative trading functionalities
Analyse dealer, client& product performance to identify opportunities for growth
Develop FIX Protocol knowledge with the goal of independently analysing FIX messages to quickly identify and resolve trading issues
Create engaging presentations & statistical analysis for the European Equities client base
Regularly maintain external relationships and proactively seek opportunities to engage with Tradeweb's dealer community, looking for ways to provide excellent client service
Provide ongoing support and training to the dealer community on Tradeweb products and enhancements; including conducting demonstrations of the system to a broad audience e.g. Trading, Sales, Technology or e-Commerce
Implement strategy to ensure maximum dealer support of functionality/trade types is achieved
Project manage the implementation of new products, product enhancements and dealers ensuring seamless delivery is achieved
Take ownership to ensure the platform performs as expected and investigate, communicate and work with technical teams to resolve any problems
Core hours of work are between 8am and 5:30pm,but may have to work outside these hours on occasion. Some overseas travel may be required.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer facing skills
Ability to prioritize work effectively

Able to deliver results under pressure
Team player & strong independent worker with ability to take ownership & responsibility
Proven experience within an Investment Bank or electronic trading platform
Product knowledge in equities is preferred
