Job Description

We are looking to hire an Assistant/Deputy Manager to lead the team, support the GM, be the point of customer contact, manage the business operations and deliver hospitality excellence at The Drumming Snipe, Woking.

Salary available 36,000 to 38,000 per year, based on a 48-hour week over 5 days. Salary range dependent on capability & experience. This vacancy requires a pro active manager to work across all aspects of food & beverage service, colleague management and colleague training. The team consists of 10 staff and we are looking for a leader with the ability to ensure not only guest, but team satisfaction. The management team provide full support to the restaurant & bar structure ensuring all the tools and training are provided to focus on driving and growing a successful business.
