Job Summary:




Provides HR consulting and coaching to business leaders, addressing people and cultural challenges. Supports organizational change, including talent integration during mergers and restructuring. Advocates for HR programs by communicating value and managing smooth rollouts. Collaborates with talent management on workforce planning, succession, and development initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:



Direct the daily operations of the PSN Delivery team, ensuring alignment with business unit and functional priorities. Oversee the execution of core HR processes (e.g., compensation, performance reviews, bonus cycles) to ensure consistency, compliance, and timeliness. Monitor and improve service delivery metrics, identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation. Lead, coach, and develop a team of PSN Delivery Agents/Generalists, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting career growth. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement development plans to build team capabilities. Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment that values diversity and innovation. Deliver Tier 3 HR Services: Manage and resolve complex tier 3 HR requests, ensuring high-quality service delivery that meets global standards, including: Provide performance guidance and engagement counseling to managers and employees to promote a supportive, high-performing work environment. Deliver employee relations support, including performance management, development of performance improvement plans (PIPs), and conducting workplace investigations. Execute talent-related actions within the business unit, including coordination and implementation of both small- and large-scale organizational restructurings. Support key business initiatives that enhance employee engagement, including the development and execution of targeted team talent strategies and other strategic organizational efforts. Collaborate with the global and regional PSN Governance Team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and to deliver consistent, scalable HR support across markets. Leverage HR resources by utilizing a tiered service delivery model and promoting employee and manager self-service to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR support.

Qualifications:



5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Strong experience in Employee Relations, including performance management and restructuring activities. Proven track record in HR operations, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Proficient in utilizing data analysis tools, techniques and methods to interpret datasets and determine a direction forward. Ability to target communication to specific audiences demonstrating strong executive presence. Appreciation for composure under pressure. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with diverse teams. Experience with data-driven decision making. Experience in managing cross-cultural teams and understanding of global HR practices.
