About The Role

LOCATION

: Folkestone, Kent/Hybrid - This is a hybrid role based in the UK, with a minimum of three days a week required in our Folkestone office for training, collaboration and client meetings. We understand that everyone's circumstances are different and are open to discussing how we can support you to meet this requirement.

DURATION

: Permanent, Full Time. Working Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (37.5 hours weekly).

THE ROLE



Translate clients' business goals into a clear strategy using our model which considers our holistic approach as well as identifies KPIs so we can measure success. Oversee external KPI targets and ensure they are met monthly, being accountable for performance. Oversee external KPI targets of your Strategic Account Managers, ensure they are met monthly, being accountable for performance. Collect and analyse metrics to provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams. Ensure that the strategy is correct and that the tactics deployed by the Pod teams are moving the needle. Client communication from team recommendations to requests from the clients themselves, ensuring they meet best practices and align with their digital strategy and goals. Create strategic digital roadmaps to achieve buy-in with any or all client contacts needed. Delivering Business Reviews that consider opportunities for cross-channel collaboration. Meet with clients in person and build relationships with Senior stakeholders Support client strategy development for clients your Senior Account Managers are responsible for.

THE PERSON



Demonstrate a passion for digital advertising and a drive for continuous learning and improvement. Proven track record managing client requirements. This includes both planning and managing multi-disciplinary campaigns, and also ad-hoc work. Have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Proven organisational skills, allowing you to plan and present detailed proposals and deliver campaigns on time and within budget. Results-driven. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while also being comfortable operating independently. Possess excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Are a strong communicator, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly to clients and internal teams.

REQUIREMENTS



Google Analytics & Google Ads certified. Experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, AWR and Google Search Console. Agency experience and familiarity with agency-side operations. Evidenced passion for working in the digital marketing industry is essential.
