About the role
Are you ready to launch your career in the dynamic world of Account Management? Join Kyriba as an Associate Account Manager (AAM) - an entry-level opportunity designed to propel you toward senior roles like Account Manager or Account Executive!
As an AAM, you'll play a vital role in driving customer success, growth, and retention. Your impact will be measured by your ability to help secure new business, support renewals, and foster lasting client relationships.
You'll get hands-on experience managing a diverse portfolio of accounts while working closely with 3-4 experienced Account Managers.
Key TasksAlign with Account Managers on strategies to maximize and protect revenue.
Manage smaller transactions (like adding banks/users) and create change orders.
Generate and mature your pipeline through customer meetings and campaigns.
Work closely with AMs to ensure all customers are supported and growth opportunities are seized.
Coordinate consulting services scope and pricing for ad-hoc needs.
Support key customer events: business reviews, strategic meetings, demos, and more.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience ( Sales, CSMs, Support, Professional Services, Product, and Marketing ).
Prepare and review renewal audits ahead of contract expirations.
Handle routine customer issues and escalate when needed.
Complement AM services without duplicating efforts.
Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and plan for future goals.
What We're Looking for2-3 years' experience in customer-facing roles, Sales, BDR, or Customer Success ideally in SaaS or tech
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Business Management, or related field (preferred)
Strong organizational skills; able to juggle 40+ client inquiries or change orders at once
Proficient with MS Office/Google Suite and Salesforce (or similar CRM)
Skilled at building customer relationships and handling conflict or escalation
Willingness to travel up to 20% for client meetings or events
Treasury or Cash Management background is a plus
